Most work starts with a defined piece and grows from there. Where an organisation wants senior input available on a continuing basis, we do that too.
- Assessment and advisory — a defined-scope review with a written recommendation, typically one to six weeks.
- Design authority — a senior functional architecture and assurance role across an in-flight programme, with an agreed cadence and decision scope.
- Solution design and delivery support — functional design, specification, test design, reconciliation and cutover support.
- Optimisation — targeted improvement of a solution already in production.
- Retained advisory — an agreed number of senior days each month or quarter for design questions, change impact assessment and reviewing what the team is about to build. Deliberately not an incident or ticket service: this is for the decisions in front of you, not first-line support when something breaks.
