Privacy notice
Last updated: 24 August 2026
This notice explains how Radixa Technologies Ltd ("Radixa", "we", "us") collects and uses personal data when you visit radixa.co.uk or submit an enquiry through this website. Radixa is the data controller for that information.
What we collect
Enquiry form data. When you submit the contact form or the BPC assessment form, we collect the information you enter: your name, work email address, company, and optionally your role, phone number, and details about your systems landscape and what you are trying to decide. We also record which form you used and which page you submitted it from.
Analytics data. If — and only if — you accept analytics cookies, we collect standard website usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from a truncated IP address, device type and referring source. This data does not identify you by name.
Technical data. Our hosting and form providers process your IP address as part of delivering the site and preventing abuse. This is a necessary part of how the internet works and happens whether or not you accept cookies.
We do not knowingly collect special category data. Please do not include confidential client information, personal data about third parties, or commercially sensitive material in a website enquiry form.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry — legal basis: your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box, and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed to us.
- To keep a record of business enquiries — legal basis: our legitimate interest in managing and evidencing our commercial relationships.
- To understand how the site is used and improve it — legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To protect the site from spam and abuse — legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website.
Who processes it
We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Each acts as a processor on our behalf, under contract:
- GitHub Pages — hosting and delivery of the website.
- Web3Forms — delivery of enquiry form submissions to our inbox.
- Google Analytics — website analytics, loaded only after you consent.
- Our email provider — receipt and storage of enquiry correspondence.
Some of these providers are based outside the UK and EEA. Where personal data is transferred internationally, it is protected by UK/EU adequacy decisions or by standard contractual clauses.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry correspondence is retained for up to 24 months from our last contact with you, unless it forms part of a client engagement record, in which case it is retained for the period required by our contractual and professional obligations. Analytics data is retained for up to 14 months. You can ask us to delete your enquiry sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data, where we have no overriding reason to keep it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, our processing;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing already carried out;
- ask us to transfer your data to you or another controller in a portable format.
To exercise any of these, email info@radixa.co.uk. We will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
